 Jimmy Donaldson (born May 7 1998) popularly referred to as MrBeast is an American YouTube personality an entrepreneur, philanthropist and entrepreneur. He is well-known for creating YouTube videos that focus on expensive stunts. His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. Donaldson, who was thirteen years old at the time began uploading his videos to YouTube under the name "MrBeast6000". His initial videos included "Let's Plays" as well as "videos that estimate the the wealth of other YouTubers." The channel went viral in the year 2017 following his "counting to 100,000" video received hundreds of thousands of views in just a few days. He has grown in popularity ever since, with the majority of his videos receiving thousands of views.Over time the style of his content has changed to include donation and challenge videos that pay millions of dollars, videos with difficult tasks or challenges to survive and original vlogs. Donaldson employed a number of his former classmates as helpers to run his growing channel. MrBeast is Donaldson's main YouTube channel. The channel reached 100,000,000 subscribers on July 28, 2022.
