 Adar Gandelsman, Hebrew: Adr Gndlsmn, was born 5/12/97. She is an Israeli model and beauty contest title holder. She was Miss Israel 2017's first runner-up. She was named Miss Universe Israel 2017 and was part of the Miss Universe 2017 pageant. Adar was not a finalist in the Miss Universe 2017 pageant held in Las Vegas. Gandelsman snapped a picture during the pageant alongside Miss Universe Iraq Sarah Idan. Idan and her family left Iraq in December of 2017 after she took a photo with Miss Israel. Miss Israel was also in the Israel Defense Forces at that time. Gandelsman, who is Ashkenazi Jewish and immigrated from Brazil in 1992, snapped the picture.
